Within it, there are moments demonstrating divine orchestration of their meeting and more. There are magical moments and interesting experiences that are shared openly and honestly throughout and you feel you're right there with them at times. There is also the processing of grief which is touching and heartfelt. This book will ultimately draw you right in as they bring you on their spiritual journey in a beautifully written book. Obviously, this fits the fantastic side of that equation. I loved this story! I found it to be a romance story, an adventure story, a spiritual story, and a love story in more ways than one. Amazing! I couldn’t put this book down. There is so much packed into this book, and I loved it so much that I am already halfway through reading it again. Faith shares such intimate details and writes it all in such a descriptive way that she takes you on the ride of her life. She includes events that help me to connect her experiences to my own life. Yet that is not truly what this book is about--or perhaps more accurately, that is not the MAIN point of the book. At its core is a story about overcoming adversities, perseverance, self-discovery, empathy, and putting back together what was once broken. Regardless of your religious and spiritual beliefs, the types of journeys described here by Faith and Ken are relatable for just about everyone. Struggles described in the book include divorce, finding the right romantic partner, searching for purpose, cancer, family issues, finances, and feeling a lack of self-worth. It's a well-written book that demonstrates how one couple have defeated plenty of obstacles in their journey of personal growth, and how others can do the same.
